A few reminders as we reopen.

The PAC is Now Open

We are excited to see you back at the PAC!

Everyone has a part to play to reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19 for you, your family and friends, our staff and our community. Thank you for assisting us in our efforts to help everyone enjoy events at the PAC!

Together with our partners Anchorage Concert Association, Anchorage Symphony Orchestra and Anchorage Opera we have updated our mitigation protocols during this period of high alert in our community. To help you have the most magical and safe experience possible, we have put together the following guide to help you plan for and enjoy your visit.

Updated COVID-19 Requirements for All Events at the PAC

Announcing new requirements to ensure the safe and successful return and continuation of live performances in Anchorage.

Proof of Vaccination or Negative Test

Attendees must provide either:

  • proof of vaccination against COVID-19 completed at least two weeks prior to the event
OR
  • proof of a negative result for a COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the show
OR
  • proof of recovery from a COVID-19 diagnosis no more than 90 days prior to the event and no less than 11 days prior to the event.

Proof of vaccination must be in the form of a vaccine card or record or a photo of a vaccine card or record and a matching photo ID.

Proof of a negative test must be in the form of an official notification from your provider and a matching photo ID.

Proof of recovery must be in the form of a documented positive result on a COVID-19 viral test and a letter from your physician clearing you for travel or for entry to a large indoor event and a matching photo ID.

Masks Required

All audience members are required to wear properly fitting masks or face coverings that cover the nose and mouth when inside the PAC. Staff will be wearing masks too. If you do not have a mask with you, the PAC has a free mask for you.

Self Assessment

Please stay home if you have a fever or are experiencing COVID-like symptoms. Anyone who has been exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days should stay home. Contact CenterTix for a refund as soon as you learn that you cannot attend due to illness.

Limited On Site Rapid Testing

A limited number of rapid tests will be available at the PAC, administered by Team One on site at the event. On site rapid testing begins 90 minutes before the event. Tests are administered by Team One and cost $31.00 each. Results are generally available within 20 minutes of taking the test.

100% Venue Capacity

Most events have returned to 100% capacity. Please visit the event description on CenterTix for details about an event you are attending.

Cleaning & Sanitation

The venue is cleaned and disinfected regularly, with frequent cleaning of high-traffic areas and surfaces throughout the day.

As a result of COVID-19, the status of your performance is subject to change. If your event is cancelled, you will receive a notification of cancellation as soon as possible and be offered an exchange or a full refund for your purchase. In addition, we have established and are updating COVID-19 safety measures regularly that everyone who attends an event must follow. Information about the current safety requirements will be sent to all ticket buyers in an email reminder the week of the event.
