Holiday Tree Lighting
Proudly sponsored by ConocoPhillips–Alaska

Join the Anchorage Downtown Partnership, Ltd. for a re–imagined celebration of the official start to Anchorage’s holiday season! As we continue to re–imagine our downtown events and we remain committed to finding safe ways to bring the community together, we have decided that with the current case counts in Anchorage, it is best not to host our Holiday Light up Downtown event this Saturday, November 28th. Although there will not be an event, we invite the community downtown to see the holiday tree and the lights throughout the month of December.

Alaskan winters are dark and this year ADP made it our mission to light up downtown! Enjoy a stroll through downtown’s streets checking out light installations and supporting downtown businesses through Small Business Week. A map with all of the activated locations is available on Anchorage Downtown Partnership’s website.

By transitioning this event to a walking tour spread out across downtown, we hope to provide the space for entertainment while increasing physically distanced traffic downtown. Please respect physical distancing and mask requirements when enjoying the holiday spirit.
